Terms and Conditions Ordering info :
1. Comment with your valid email address and item(s) you wish to purchase only if you are 100% sure of purchasing item and able to make payment within 24 hours.
2. Kindly check your email inbox regularly after leaving comments.
Once confirmation email / invoice is sent , it means that we have reserved a piece for you for 24 hours only. Please make payment within 24 hours and email us the payment details in the given format stated in the invoice sent.
3.Please have the courtesy to inform us if u wish to back out anytime.
Comments with regards to clarification of doubts shall not be considered as CONFIRMATION.
For smoother transactions , do not proceed with transfer before receiving our invoices. Payment only to be made within 24 hours after receiving our invoices.
4. Pending status means that we are still awaiting payment from buyers. If buyers back out or go missing in action after the 24 hours time frame , we will give the item to the next interested buyer in waiting list. in any case where by there are more than 1 interested party for the last available piece, the buyer who make payment first, or the buyer with the highest biding will get the item
5. For pending items , we will not reply the comments. This is to faciliate us and for efficiency purposes. By not replying comments with regards to pending items , it enable us to filter out those we have not sent the invoice to and those who are in the waiting list.
6. We do not entertain negotiations nor trades/swaps.
7. All goods sold are non refundable and non exchangeable.

If payment was not received within 24 hours , item will be given to other interested buyer.
Le Feminine will be blacklisting those who backed out after leaving comments.
Buyers who can make immediate payment will be given priority for future purchases
We DO NOT accept Interbank transfers.
Please inform us before making any interbank transfers.
Delivery :
Normal mail or Registered mail only. Strictly No meets ups.
Refer to www.singpost.com.sg for postage charges.
Normal postage charges -
$1.50 for 1 - 2 items
Normal postal charges will be waived for 3 items purchased and above.
Registered postage charges - Topup additional $2.50 .
( note that registered parcel will only be despatched once a wk depends on our availability )
Exchange policy:
Exchanges can only be done if item is found to be faulty. We do check through all pieces before mailing them out. Exchanges can be done for similiar item only. This is to ensure that NO ONE ABUSES OUR EXCHANGE POLICY.
In the case when the item is Out of Stock , we will do exchange with another item of similar price. Top up is required if exchange with item of higher pricing. In the case if you do exchanges for item below the price , we will not refund the excess.
Exchanges will be done via mail. Please mail back the item to us and we will mail the new item back via normal mail to you. Postage charges will be beared by Le Feminine |
